Fencing in Worcester Park
Garden fencing installed and repaired in Worcester Park, Old Malden and the KT4 streets.

We install and repair garden fencing across Worcester Park (KT4), Old Malden and the surrounding streets, from our base in Surbiton. The work is led by Trevor, who has spent 40 years on fencing in this area.
Fencing for Worcester Park gardens
Many Worcester Park homes are 1930s semis and terraces with long rear gardens, which means long boundary runs shared with neighbours on both sides. A full replacement is often 30 metres or more, so getting the posts right matters: on this clay ground we set them in concrete and fit gravel boards as standard.
Worcester Park spans three council areas: Kingston, Sutton, and Epsom and Ewell. Planning rules for fences are the same in all three: up to 2 metres at the back, 1 metre next to a road. Our garden law page covers boundaries and who owns which fence.
We put up closeboard, panel, slatted and hit and miss fencing, trellis, gates and composite. See the styles on our main garden fencing page, and ideas for long, narrow gardens.

Common questions
My neighbour and I share the fence. Who pays?
The title deeds decide. On long shared runs, neighbours often split the cost; we can quote each side’s share separately.
Can you price from photos?
Often, yes. Send three photos, the rough length in metres and your postcode. Anything less clear gets a site visit.
How long does a closeboard fence last?
Twenty to thirty years when it is built on concrete posts with gravel boards. Panel fencing usually lasts ten to fifteen.
Fence down or leaning?
See our fence repair and storm damage page. For the rest of what we do here, see garden design and landscaping in Worcester Park. We also cover fencing in Surbiton and fencing in Kingston.
