Garden maintenance in Kingston upon Thames
Regular gardeners on our Kingston round, from a firm based next door in Surbiton.

Flourish Landscaping looks after gardens across Kingston upon Thames, from Canbury and the town centre to Norbiton, Coombe and Kingston Hill. We are based next door in Surbiton, and our gardeners are in Kingston every week.
The gardeners are our own staff, trained in horticulture. The round is overseen by Craig Davis, BSc (Hons) Horticulture.
What we do on a visit
- Lawns mown and edged, and fed in season.
- Borders weeded, deadheaded and cut back at the right time of year.
- Hedges, shrubs and climbers pruned to shape.
- Paths and patios swept and kept clear of weeds.
- Leaves cleared in autumn.
- Green waste taken away and recycled.
Looking after Kingston gardens
Kingston has a wide mix of gardens: small terraced plots near the town centre and Canbury, and larger gardens with mature trees and long borders towards Coombe and Kingston Hill. Near the river the ground is often Thames gravel, which drains fast and dries out in summer. Further up the hill it is heavy London Clay. The two need different care, so we set feeding, mulching and watering advice to suit the garden. See our guide to improving clay soil.
We also look after the grounds of residential blocks in Kingston. See communal grounds maintenance.
